1. Review and quote
You send the form. If you have a site, we look at its pages, titles, speed, markup and indexing, and at your Business Profile. You get a short written review and a quote listing the pages, the work and a target launch date. Nothing starts until you accept.
2. Page plan
A list of every page with its URL, H1, title tag and description, plus the redirects from any old addresses. This is the stage where search work happens, so it's worth reading closely.
3. Design
We design the home page and one service page for desktop and phone, using your logo, colors and photos. You mark what you'd change, and we revise before building the rest.
4. Build and content
We build on a private preview address that search engines are told to ignore. Service and area pages get their text, either yours or ours for your approval, and every page gets its markup.
5. Tests
We test load times on a phone connection, run every page through the Rich Results Test, check every form, and click through on real phones. You get the preview link to try it too.
6. Launch
We switch the domain, put the redirects live, submit the sitemap in Search Console under your account, and update the website link on your Business Profile. A few weeks later we check the indexing report and send you a short note on what we see.
What sets the pace
Most delays come from text and access. Service descriptions need a final read, and someone has to add us to the domain, hosting and Search Console. If you gather logins early and tell us who signs off on wording, the build moves quickly.
What you own
| Item | Who holds it |
|---|---|
| Domain name | You, in your own registrar account |
| Search Console and Analytics | You, with us added as a user you can remove |
| Google Business Profile | You, as the owner |
| Site files and content | You, once the project is paid |
What we won't promise
Nobody outside Google decides where a page ranks, so we don't sell positions, page-one spots or traffic numbers. We build the parts you control: a clear structure, fast pages, correct markup and a tidy business profile. Search engines can then read your site without guessing.
